The work is interesting, there is never a dull day. The managers are nice but the goals the staff are expected to meet are intense so the management is put in a hard place. I have not found that there is a positive work life balance and the benefits are definitely not as easily obtained as described. That being said, its steady work, good base pay and they really care about customer service. All this said, I wouldn't work there forever. Good experience, good people, schedules and additional pay are tricky. Make sure to try to get a great starting schedule.
Nice people, team atmosphere, decent starting pay, good benefits.
lots of bad shifts, over managed for stats, bonus structures.
Anyone that says this place is a good place to work is delusional or someone in HR. I take dumps that stink less that the workplace culture that Aspire offers.
