Bonne ambiance de travail malgré le fait que le syndicat était revendicateur. Malheureusement 98 % de la production était pour un seul client sans désir notable de la direction pour chercher d'autre clients.

12 hour shifts
A typical day at work would involve completing an initial checklist in order to ensure the proper maintenance of all machinery, as well as consistently overlooking various production processes. Quality assurance also had to be maintained by inspecting various donuts, pastries and yeast products, as well as adhering to strict sanitary and food safety regulations. I learned how to manage various different responsibilities, as well as how to utilize effective teamwork, safety and organizational skills. The management was astounding; they were all kind, friendly and helpful, and were always there for you whether you needed extra assistance or advice. My team members and co-workers were also very similar; extremely helpful and kind, and taught me how to effectively utilize my communication and team based skills. The hardest part of my job was the full time 12 hour a day, 24 - 60 hour a week shifts. Another difficult aspect was 12 hour night shifts; it made it difficult to balance my professional and social life. The most enjoyable part of my job was that once you learned how to effectively complete your tasks, it became like second nature and made it easier to maintain proper efficiency of the products and machinery on a daily basis.
