bonne horaire de jour
geste répétitive
travaille debout
A typical day at work would consist of preparing and organizing for production. Must have great communication skills and work well with others. Very repetitive work including heavy lifting, walking, bending, pushing etc. Great place to work to earn good money. Just be prepared to work 12 hour shifts.
Points positifs
great money
Points négatifs
12 hour shifts days and nights
its a good place to make money but sometimes the schedules suck. the firts day give you a day shift then the next day evening and the third day night shift.
Points positifs
everyone friendly
Points négatifs
sometimes need to work fast
This was a decent place to work when I started years ago, now it’s more or less terrible with the exception of the odd awesome person to work with. There’s a lot of new employees and for the most part are clueless about how to do their job. The training is terrible so it’s more or less at no fault of their own. They have new people training new people that still don’t know their job. All employees that have been there long term have a terrible attitude. The equipment is as old as the factory and things break down all the time. They never actually replace anything, just put temporary bandaids on them. The work you do isn’t appreciated whatsoever. You can go above and beyond and they don’t notice but if you make one small mistake it’s the end of the world. Most of the supervisors and team leads were decent but when it comes to upper management all they care about is themselves and their bonuses, you’re just a replaceable number. The continental shifts are 50/50, long hours that can really drag but a lot of days off in return. The only real bonus to this job is it does pay quite well. To be honest the pay isn’t worth the headache. Stay away from this place if you like your sanity...
Points positifs
Good income.
Points négatifs
Everything else.
this was a great place to work, your coworkers were fun and friendly and your supervisors were down to earth and very understanding. i was hired through a temp agency for a summer position. I had a lot of fun here and met a lot of great people making it a wonderful experience and pleasant place to work. I did 12 hour rotating shifts with 3 breaks throughout the shifts. honestly you couldn't ask for a better company to work for, they treat their employees great, they buy lunch for you on holidays if your working and they have all the tims coffee you could drink! the lunch room has a tv, computers and all the essentials for the kitchen to feel like home. They allow you to explore new areas and you constantly have the chance to learn new things.
Points positifs
great environment, explore new opportunities to learn and gain new skills, rotating shifts allows for more time off
Points négatifs
12 hour shifts can sometimes drag

Great for students it is fun and easy. Everybody there are nice. Sure it is hard work for 12hrs a day, but it is easy and can be fun when you meet somebody and talk to them and the day just goes by
Points positifs
Free Tim donuts during launch time sometimes
Points négatifs
none just long hours
ambiance agréable , belle esprit d équipe , employés motiver
Points positifs
salaire plus que bien
Points négatifs
surtemps forcer
The job was self rewarding as far as building good relationships. Keeping the place running. Downfall was day to day operations were not scheduled properly. Working alone with not enough staff on shifts was a safety issue.
love the continental shifts they have here, its good to know your schedule so you can plan appointments throughout the week. managers are honest, hard working and always willing to help
All you are doing here is packaging food. And that is it really. I was in high school when I worked for them however the people there are kind. Everything is peaceful although that is not taking in account of the person that you are working with.
Points positifs
free food sometimes
Points négatifs
long hours
Je vous donnerai en personne à notre rencontre. J' ai appris à travailler en équipe, etre plus responsable , à écouter les collegues de travail. Etre tres professionnelle .

Points positifs

Points négatifs
12 hours
Long hours, you are in a refrigerator for the entire 12 hour shift. Unless you are on the baking side of the factory, which has a horrible smell of oil. Over all a great place to work, minus the cold.
Very poor organization
Work schedules done in pencil
No stable work schedule - expect regular calls in the middle of the night to start 6am shifts
Eventually, stole part of my wages. Forgot to pay or something.
Aryzta is a great place to work. I enjoy every one of my shifts. All employees are very friendly, and extremely helpful. Night shifts are a little hard, but you get used to them eventually.
My job experience with Aryzta is going to be a little different than most as I worked in a student position. This means that I got paid half as much as all the other workers for doing equivalent work with no benefits and no sick days. The shifts are 12-hour continental with 15 minute meeting before the shift starts so you're at the factory literally a majority of your day when you're working and are allowed a grand total of 1 hour worth of breaks throughout the day. I never really saw the management and was more or less left on my own after less than 12 hours of "training".
Points positifs
overtime pay every two weeks
Points négatifs
long hours, continental shifts, boring work
ARYZTA is a large company with lots of potential for growth. The company is going through a lot of changes at this time, making for a somewhat tense environment.
Long hours but easy work. High production - This facility produces millions of individual bakery products daily. Daily QA samples were available to employees.
Points positifs
Free donuts - QA Samples
Points négatifs
12 hour shifts
