Very poor management specially new supervisor. Always spend hours talking to his favourite people . Very bad thing company made supervisor to unprofessional non red-seal person . Never try to join ARYZTA if you have another options
Everything is ok except scheduling there’s no such night shift or day shift ,sometimes they put you morning shift the others weeks they put you again Grabe yard or afternoon shift ..NOT HEALTHY SCHEDULE! Most specially in production area.
They are a good company to work for , between shifts allowing you time off during the week as well , they commonly do bbqs and such for the employees they send us to Canada’s wonderland every summer . Pay is alright , benefits are alright . Profit sharing is quite nice . Overall not a bad place to work if you like to work
Canada’s wonderland, free food
Long hours, work every other weekend
Good benefits. Good management. Good coworkers. Easy to learn task. Fast promotion for me. Good feed back on long term tenure. Employees stay long. .....
Night shifts are difficult.

The management gave opportunities to grow and learn. Aryzta has a relaxed and helpful environment. I was given opportunities to work in different functions of the supply chain side of the business. There was a work life balance. the management engaged in different activities for employee moral boosting.
I loved working here with all the people, they really made my day. The managers are attentive and easy to talk to. The benefits are pretty good and wages are good. You get to try a lot of the foods that are made which doesn't help the waist line sometimes. It is a busy and stressful job like any other but you also have a lot of fun.
In Aryzta there are different type of people work with different nature. Supervisors are very friendly. They give us perfect knowledge about every equipment. They never give more stress to anyone. Every person in Aryzta is very helpful.
Never have I ever been on a job where 10% of the workers actually work. The remainder of the 90% are either on there phones , watching movies or shopping online . Not very organized at all , and everybody is ok with it. If you have no ambition this could be just the job for you.
Allot of breaks. ( All day )
Long hours - very boring.
You clock in and wait for pre-shift and the supervisors come in and give you the run down. They always give their favorite pets the easy jobs and make you slave if you not liked by them. They never come out on the floor when working nights.they only come out if upper management is there. If you tell upper management you get walked out.some of the people are nice and more then 85% treat you like garbage. They place has mold on the machines and fruit flies.i only work here cause I need the money. They place treats other cultures bad and make fun of them behind their backs
Three one hour breaks, sneaking off the property
Long hours and your nothing but a number.
at first its hard and then you start dreaming about it. afterwards it gets easier although the managers don't enjoy seeing us talk, be ready for peoples stories and life events. Its beautiful and multi-taskers will have it easier. its the same as walking and chewing gum at the same time. do not get caught chewing gum. everyone should have a chance to work in oakrun. It'll discipline and teach you to wake early everyday fake a smile or leave the b face on. it don't matter as long as you don't get involved in drama you will be lucky. that is easy being sucked into at oakrun due to thousands of people everyday doing what they do best.
A typical day at work would consist of preparing and organizing for production. Must have great communication skills and work well with others. Very repetitive work including heavy lifting, walking, bending, pushing etc. Great place to work to earn good money. Just be prepared to work 12 hour shifts.
12 hour shifts days and nights
its a good place to make money but sometimes the schedules suck. the firts day give you a day shift then the next day evening and the third day night shift.
sometimes need to work fast
This was a decent place to work when I started years ago, now it’s more or less terrible with the exception of the odd awesome person to work with. There’s a lot of new employees and for the most part are clueless about how to do their job. The training is terrible so it’s more or less at no fault of their own. They have new people training new people that still don’t know their job. All employees that have been there long term have a terrible attitude. The equipment is as old as the factory and things break down all the time. They never actually replace anything, just put temporary bandaids on them. The work you do isn’t appreciated whatsoever. You can go above and beyond and they don’t notice but if you make one small mistake it’s the end of the world. Most of the supervisors and team leads were decent but when it comes to upper management all they care about is themselves and their bonuses, you’re just a replaceable number. The continental shifts are 50/50, long hours that can really drag but a lot of days off in return. The only real bonus to this job is it does pay quite well. To be honest the pay isn’t worth the headache. Stay away from this place if you like your sanity...
