Very poor management specially new supervisor. Always spend hours talking to his favourite people . Very bad thing company made supervisor to unprofessional non red-seal person . Never try to join ARYZTA if you have another options

Not run very well, needs more organization.

The job was self rewarding as far as building good relationships. Keeping the place running. Downfall was day to day operations were not scheduled properly. Working alone with not enough staff on shifts was a safety issue.
