I didn't like the policies this company had at the warehouse I was situated in, knowing I was working with a very professional company in all aspects, I still wish I could've had the opportunity to do more and show off my skills in a greater way.

They do not ask for yoru SIN, they do not follow the labour laws, they do giv ea heads-up if shifts are cancelled they do not compensate for wasting your time, there are no french campaigns, they ask to hang up when someone inquirees about where we are calling from, they tellyou to hang up if the client ask for contact information, they ask to fill up surveys to reach the quota on campaigns that are close to their partners deadline
I was a call center agent. I had to make outgoing calls to various parts of Canada and the United States to gain survey responses. There was on compensation for a job well done and sometimes we would be told to leave if we weren't completing enough surveys, which was often completely out of our control.
Would be a crowded environment in which we have to sit for hours. The environment was not professional at all. The managers were lazy and sloppy. Hardest part was sitting all day. Enjoyable part was talking to clients.
