I would not return to work here until at the very least, ownership changes. The kitchen and bar are not up to code and schedules are only posted a day in advance.
Free Manager meals
Long hours & little input allowed
Typical day at work would start slow but pick up during the evening. To make a good income I would suggest working nights. Management was all over the place, if you told them the days you were not avaliable, I found they would schedule you how they wanted to and you would have to chase after them to change your schedule. Also tip outs were very slow to receive if they owed you money. I am still waiting on money and I left that place Feb 2020. Hardest part of the job was just keeping track of your tables, but they did split tables up evenly between girls. Most enjoyable part of the job were the other co-workers.
The management seems nice initially but be prepared to be treated like a dog after 1 week of employment. They are extremely rude, make remarks at the expense of staff or customers behind their backs, are sexist, and don't care about common decency or cleanliness at all. The place is an absolute pig sty full of unprofessionals who should not be running a business based upon hospitality.

Greet guests, Guide guests to their tables, Provide menus, inform guests about daily specials, And book reservations over phone and through emails. This restaurants by the Toronto Pearson Airport so I do get to meet and deal with a lot of different types of people. It's a fun and interesting environment to work at.
