Aritzia's culture, training, and work environment lacked structure. I was never trained, but was still expected to reach sales goals; it was very stressful to say the least as the SSA's would take advantage of me by 'stealing' clients. The other SA's were catty, and reminded me of my high school days. Other than the okay staff discounts, and dope music, I wouldn't recommend this job.
Cool girly job to have. Daily goals really stresses you out especially when the older girls are like literal sharks. Get to dress nice for work and listen to cool music plus the discount is always a bonus.
I was so excited to work for my favourite brand but after a month I’ve realized it’s such a competitive environment and there is no room for growth at all unless you are a top seller which is hard to do when you are new and girls have been working there for years. Management is horrible and not helpful at all. Taking time off is the worst. The only good thing about working here was the discount and some girls who were actually welcoming and friendly.
