The dress code for each store can very, depending on the managers discretion. The only stipulations are no open toed shoes, leggings with a longer top, no other logos showing. Other than those things you're free to wear what your manger will allow.
I wore a floral blouse with black pants (not tight leggings). Floral print is something ardenes always carry. I also wore those ankle black boots.
I was advised by a personal friend and employee of the company to apply and after sending my resume in on Indeed I was called in for an interview.
Current employee of 3 years now, Ardene is an equal employer. Meaning they cannot discriminate based on looks, or anything else. Piercings and tattoos are not frowned upon, I have large and visible tattoos, and two facial piercings, and colorful hair. Face is frowned up for tattoos in general, same as hands and front of neck. They changed dresscode policy 3 times since I've been there as well, making it more lenient to today's culture and society.
Apply at ardenecareers.com, takes head office 3-5 business days to put your application through.
Yes they allow tattoos. As long as they aren't on your face, front of neck or hands, you don't have to cover them. You only have to cover your Tattoos, if they are inappropriate or offensive and get a complaint.
