Overall good place to work have to encourage people to work with each other and management management has to start trusting in your employee Need to raise their benefit package does not cover enough for people getting older they do push hard with minimal stuff but all companies do
It good to share information to others that way they can have an idea.
You do what you have to do any, one is stressing you. Pay at time.
Good normal runs and truck newer models. Employees are kind willing to help as well bosses.
Typical day consists of setting up and ensuring deliveries and pick ups are done in a timely manner and completing paperwork as drivers return.Have learnt how to deal with the different problems that can arise in dealing with customers and drivers.
I did not have a work/life balance at this company. They expected you to work exorbitant amount of hours with no overtime pay.
Management would not deal with situations professionally and confusion caused by directions taken from several people. No communication among management. No SAFETY protocols in place,
Not exactly the nicest company to work for, but it could be worse. The terminals do not get along with each other and a lot of the time, big mistakes are made simply because one manager wants to be spiteful to another manager.
