productive and fun environment
Nice environment to work. The hardest part of job is continental shifts. Workplace culture is very nice and lots of things to learn. Career opportunities are good.
Fair, constant, monotonous.
A good place to work. Duties are somewhat repetitive but not so much that is causes strain on the body. There are a variety of task and positions but rarely strays from a predetermined set of routines. The position position requires some heavy lifting but requires attention to details as using inventory and warehouse management systems such as SAP is a constant must. Over all, a great place to work, though advancement and pay increases are either slow or long t come by.

Chance of increasing
The chance of increasing is not good in this company, and the a lot of favouritism occurs. The pay for the amount of stress is not worth it. The management does not communicate with each other which causes chaos in the work place.

Apotex was a good place to work. I had good relationship with my coworkers and my management. Apotex made sure that there are a lot of opportunities for career growth.
It used to be a good company
Not very stable. Multiple departments are restructuring. Management in several department not good. Hard to advance to different locations or higher position. Pay is not the best. Benefits very good.
terrible work envirnment
apotex richmond hill has become a terrible place to work -a literal turnstile , when employees 5,10 and 15 plus years of service are quitting -you know something is not right, management has no clue on how to run a maintenance department, there are 2 types of employees there-those that left and those that are looking to leave.

It's a great place to work. They try to accommodate employee where they can. Friendly people to work with, it feels like a family. Always room for growth here.
Good learning experience
A really great place to learn all the building systems and documentation practices. Supervisor along with crew members were great and really helpful. The wages are on the low side though.
So far I have loved to work with Apotex just the issue is with the shift.
People at work are very friendly and helpful. Even the management are very approachable .Apotex gives every employee the opportunity to grow and share their knowledge. Everyday is a new day and a learning day at Apotex. Even the people are very supportive, caring and most important we all are united. Only the hard part about my job I would say is the continental shift.
Very Political!!!
The company is immensely political. employees are not supportive of other departments. In other words, everyone stabs others in the back while giving each other smile. Last but not least, Apotex is full of indians, and they only hire their own people. Therefore, qualifications mean nothing but connections there.
