If you are full time, 4 days a week, 10 hours each day. If you work part time, 2 days a week of 20 hours. Not flexible, it is set, you must work 10 hours a day. They hire employees in patches of availability, ex: wed-thur-friday-sat or sun-mon-wed-thur. They would try to get you open your availability to these sets of shifts on the interviews. Same goes for night shifts, night shifts can be tiring but you get paid more and it is less stressful. If you need to be off, you can use PTO you earn or apply for leave (which is difficult.) There is attendance points system, you miss shifts and produce enough points to get terminated without rehire consideration. You are more like an R1 or R203 to them than a human.

No benefits for seasonal associate but they will offer you permanent position in one to three month depending on your uperformance. Once permanent lots of benefits including medical insurance, MSP, dental, and others
There is a mandatory overtime day set where each employee is on-call for a particular day assigned to them. That day is not chosen by the employee. So there isn't much flexibility there.
