I would not recommend this organization as an employer. There is blatant discrimination here. Hiring over-qualified people on junior roles, because of their circumstances is manipulation and that too, by misleading them based on false promises at the time of hiring.

Average job but the opportunity for advancement (despite performance) is a long shot at best. Senior management is very insular and try to protect there role / standing / salary...etc. in the firm.

When you combine the worst direct manager I have had in my career, no room for career progression whatsoever and the most standoffish team I have ever work with I had to move on to a smaller firm.

Overall, a good company to work in but fails to retain IT talent. They spent a lot on furniture and office maintenance but not necessarily on IT solutions that can boost productivity.

If your a new graduate with no work experience or average grades this place is for you. I know, its a tough intro, but its true (at lease for me) in my times there. Titles are meaningless. I have interacted with numerous high level staff and I always step away from the conversation with these individuals and ask myself - How on earth are these people managers? Don't even get me started on other departments. It's painful.

I only interned here. They have a relaxed environment but there is not much room to grow. They prefer people with a lot of experience not so much room for recent graduates

Senior Management needs to work on its communication skills with more junior employees

The HR department does not know what it is doing - probably the worst I have seen at any company I have ever been at.


Don't even get me started on IT.....OMG.

If you are a “favorite” employee you will be kept and promoted regardless of your poor performance at work. They have staff performance review every year that is useless. One-sided review. Management or directors must also be reviewed but they are not because they think they are perfect and never make mistakes. They never accept their mistakes anyway. This is the only company I have seen where there are too many directors and company revenues go to their salaries while low-rank staff’s salary is low. You will never be appreciated and you wont feel the sense of belonging to this company unless you are a “favorite”. Too much politics and discrimination exists here. They claim to be EOE (equal opportunity employer) and this is bull—-! They are not. You will know it when you work here. They are big company but no RRSP benefit. Management is greedy. Staff are overworked and making them to earn great revenue that make them buy other companies, yet tehir employyes are overlooked and neglected

Redundant manual data entry processing. Terrible training and support but high productivity expectations. A lot of work and low compensation. I would not recommend working here.

The title says it all. I have worked in the cost analysis department (supposedly one of the best) and after 6 months i knew this wasn't the place for me. The career progression is slow. The salaries are an insult for people with engineering degrees. A lot of internal politics to go up within the company. Not a lot of options in the career path in the market for the construction industry if you decide to leave the company

Not a team environment among my group. HR doesn't support your if you come to them with issues. However, they did hire me with no work industry experience.

Weak employee & work culture in my mind. I worked at one of there main competitors a few years ago and the contrast in stark including.....

a) much lower pay,


b) higher turnover,


c) poor back office functions (IT & HR)


Health benefits are standard and locations are alright.

Very confusing team / work environment from Day 1 . Not sure how to improve the situation at this point. Most senior staff are unapproachable and more interested in protecting their status. I am still currently working here and wouldn't recommend this place to a friend or former coworker.

"Great" firm to work at.

What a "great" firm to work at. I cannot understate how "great" this place is to work at.


If you like dusty office spaces and a sterile work environment then this place is for you !


This place is an "exciting", "dynamic" and "challenging" work environment.


I cannot stress that this place is a "great" firm to work at.

Maybe because I am a new grad but I found this place very old school in every sense of the imagination. Everyone around me is near retirement. Not sure how to climb the corporate ladder when everyone is very senior making high salaries and not wanting to give that up.

No process what so ever !! They are specialty real estate consulting firm - its laughable !! Ask 3 people the same question you'll get 3 different answers....... Senior management places walls around them to protect themselves within the firm.......
