If you don't take your job serious it will be hard on you and for the people around. But what I have learned from experience is to not give up and if something is not going your way move on and forget the past. Sometimes you miss other activities because you have a shift but at the end you get the benefit cause you always learn something new everyday.
People are really nice over there, the owner often invite employees to have different kind of party and activities. There is free coffee and fruits in the kitchen for employees.
