C’était une bonne expérience. J’ai lié connaissance à d’excellentes coordonnatrices. Il y en très très peu qui sont incompréhensives. C’est humain avant tout.

Never enough hours, you could get as much as 8hrs per week🤦. Call you at the last minute, and shift could be canceled in the middle of work. You end up leaving your home in a rush only for your shift to be canceled after 3hours of working and they don't pay any compensation after 3 hours of work.🤧🤧

Good management and you feel appreciated as an employee. Work can be on and off though with a lot of shifts offered at once then nothing for a couple weeks. Overall I have really enjoyed being an employee.

Il y a une mauvaise communication entre les coordinatrices et le personnel sur le terrain. Elles ne tiennent jamais compte de nos besoins, nous parlent assez sèchement et on a l’impression d’être des pions sur un échiquier.La réalité du travail est très loin de ce qui est vanté lorsqu’on te copte. Pas de flexibilité et de choix et souvent des sous entendus, des menaces de renvoi, de te rayer du CIUSS.Nous, quand le travail se fait rare, ils n’ont aucunes obligations envers nous. Si on se blesse, nous n’avons pas d’assurances, donc c’est tout cela qui justifie la flexibilité et notre liberté. Mais ce n’est pas le cas.

Most times, no schedule for one month even when you give availability.

Great place to work with variety of areas. Schedule according to your availability. Never feel pressured to accept a work I can't do.Pay increase has been minimal over the past 10 years. New hire get's paid same as someone who has been with the company for a number of year.
