There is a real culture of unrest and dissatisfaction from employees, resulting in high turn over including Sr management . Frequent changes to CEO, COO, CFO , Department Director result in frequent changes in direction to business operations.. Poor communication from Management to teams, and failed projects that were initiated without the solid investigation and research before introducing overall success.
