A typical day in the life of a TA you see a lot of children. Some with personalities that are different, some with disabilities. My patience working in retail and theme parks allowed me to work and interact with all groups of people. I play more of a managerial role when I'm working and keeping the other staff where they are suppose to be. my co-workers would say I am fun but I am a tough boss. Hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult parents about when their child is misbehaving, and you just explain to them what happen, or to redirect the energy. Most enjoyable moment is when I arrive, and walk passed each individual classroom, one particular 10 month old scoots his way to the door and comes to hug me, and then when I end up going to my classroom, and 20 month old across the hall comes to the door and goes hey Shay. Lets me know what I am doing is right.
