Take a good long look at your turnover in staff. Stop telling yourself its just the way it is because you are a retail business that is like sticking your head in the sand. A good representation of any company is having alot of long term employees. This is usually a good sign that a company treats its employees respectfully and understands there is no company without employees. It seems like they have not learned this. Learn to value your employees.

Value your employees, without them there is no company. Stop treating people as disposable garbage. This is reflected in your constant turn over in staff both at head office and in your stores. For a company that has been around as long as you have how many long term employees can you boast about. When a company has several long term employees thats a sign of a company that values their employees

Value your employees STARTING from the ground up. The front end workers allow you to have your cushy jobs

Better salary, remove toxic employees,
more training
