They should treat employees like they matter. They dont need to take it by giving away free alcohol every week. What a joke. They need to offer better benefits. They need to invest on proper training then they would not have so many unhappy current and past employees
Gossipy management, lack of respect for employees. Favoritism is definitely very obvious.
Everything is stressful.
