Supportive workplace. Able to continue to grow and learn. Able to move up in the workplace. Management is supportive. Northern zone is hard to recruit and often times team has been short staffed.

My overall feeling with this organization are exceptionally average and mediocre. The expectations are not congruent with the manpower, pay, training, personal development, room to improve or overall sense of that people are accountable and care. Until the status quo and system changes, there will be a gap in the delivery of the best patient care possible.

Salary wise, well compensated

Salary was good enough with an allowance (NLA) + salary base though no permanent workplace on casual/relief position, no guarantee on working hours! One thing that must be pointed out is that they must fix a working schedule for freshman at least to encourage other new staff for joining the company having a regular hour/s at least after giving one's availability prior to scheduling that will benefit every individual with their financial obligations.

Constantly under staffed but a very supportive work environment. Co-workers are amazing. Lots of learning on the job and learning very quickly. Shifts typically were longer than scheduled with no time for breaks. Must justify every missed break in a paragraph or two to qualify for compensation.
