  • Terrible terrible rotations. Especially for part time

  • Blatant favoritism; experience and years of service mean NOTHING; when people with no experience and little time get Full time positions; long term staff treating poorly.

  • No descrimination,critisizing of foreign workers.

  • Stop bullying from the top. Management bullies, it trickles down to the employees and creates a very toxic environment. Stop rewarding bullies!

  • The attitude of employers/ boss towards their employee. If they treat them good and reasonable employes will stay.

  • Keep the employee's informed.

  • Recognize workers with superior skills and promote them instead of those related to management. If certain skills are required don't hire those who don't have them just because 'management has the right to manage'. This is underhanded and dishonest. Superior workers with experience and great people skills should be given FIRST priority in the hiring. Nepotism is rampant. No fairness.

  • Keeping the employee's informed

  • Horrible management in the last 4yrs. They don't even get along with each other and constantly nit pick at employees who aren't directly under them....creates a very toxic environment AND puts employees in the middle of THEIR disagreements amongst each other. Employees are constantly in fear of being tormented. Definitely in need of a overhaul in management from the top down...

  • Support all employees
