This a great starting position for someone in the Admin/Reception field of work. The pay and hours are not ideal if you are hired as part-time, but the staff and residents are amazing people to work with.
As the Concierge Manager, I found the salary ok, except the workload was so great, the salary wouldn't have made a difference had it been more. The salary was based on a 7.5 hour day. If there is not enough time in a 12 hour day to do the job, that would tell you that there is too much workload for one person. Money would not have made a difference if you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel? They go through about 1 Concierge Manager per year, since I left. Front line staff were awesome to work with.
