If you get a callback and set up an interview time you have the job no questions asked that's how it was for me when I worked here from 2016-2017

Benefits? What a joke... It’s an absolute shame that certain employees not fit to work certain positions are being tolerated and are cheating hard working people.
The question is asked are they pocketing employees hard earned money? STAY AWAY from TBH.

Yes they do and it could take 3-6 months to be able to get ur red pass could even be longer

40+ hours of work.
Lots of overtime offered if you can handle it.

Very fast paced, and heavy work with few breaks. This is mostly due to understaffing.

There are 3 kinds of flights that you work on:
1. Onload.
2. Offload.
3. Turn (onload and offload)

You have to do turn flights in under an hour. The crew chief has to call his numbers in 10 minutes before the departure time.

1. The flight arrives. You must park it. Chock the wheels. Set up safety cones. Hook up the power. Manually carry strollers and carry-on luggage up a flight of stairs to the bridge.

2. You will have to onload/offload bags and cargo. All by hand. sometimes 50 pieces, sometimes 400 pieces. All within 50 minutes.

3. In the last 10 minutes, you close up aircraft netting, pull away the support equipment/vehicles (tug, belt, carts). Then hookup the pushback.

Then it's on to the next flight, sometimes next 2-3 flights. With no break.
