I think Airbnb has a really bright future. I just wish that they'd invest more in their third party employees. I was one of the top performers in Winnipeg both in terms of calls taken as well as NPS. I actually got promoted to a training role because I really "got" the Trip mindset. But I ended up getting paid almost twice as much working for the government doing a job that's boring AF.
I found an ad on Indeed. They didn't say that it was with Airbnb they just said it was a tech company.
