Interesting place to work and learn
A typical day at work would involve logistically working with different people setting up repairs and transportation for people at work. Workplace culture is pretty diverse and you can meet a lot of different people. Hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult people who are stuck on their ways. Not giving the bottom people a voice or opinion on how they think things should work. Ideas come from every level and should be heard.

A day at work could be very diverse from one day to the next. Co-workers were great and I learned a lot from them. Best part of the job was having a different task each day. The hardest part of the job was working in greenhouses in the hot Summer sun.
monday to friday
AAFC is face paced and expects a lot from the students, but it is rewarding work that offers a lot to learn. The pay is good and the work environment is good. However the Pheonix pay system is miserable. I was not paid the first month, was never paid the correct hourly wage, and I still haven't been paid my missing wages 3 years later.
Long hours, weekend work, never paid right.
