Select a team of middle management to better understand the customers end requirements, streamline the scheduling of workers to make it easier and efficient for both the employees and the customer.

I would hold Csr accountable to complaints, and to teach them proper ways of placement for good workers. Nobody likes bouncing around from job to job, and too many Csr agents do a substandard job in collecting information, processing applications, placements or follow ups. Respond to job seekers, do not ignore them, be responsible and carrying employment providers.
