No they do not. Top senior officials have no education or experience in the field of what they do and are only promoted based on their race and gender.
Be on time, dress well, write questions to ask the interviewer. look them in the eye, and just smile.
Working with an incompetent colleagues (not all) that gossip and judges constantly! Managers are also only in their position if they are liked by the upper levels and if they do what they are told to do even if they see it is wrong. They tell you that feedback is encourage but once you speak up, you will be blacklisted until they get you out. Most of the staff are extremely unhappy and feel worthless because of the constant criticism on their work. If you consider to go in FSG: RUN AWAY! Supervisor is very incompetent, unprofessional, manipulative and judgemental! The workload is not worth half of the income!
