This company is only worried about making a profit. They no longer care about their employees and expect more and more without pay compensation. There are DM's that falsify time and employee records to make themselves look good. When reported to HR it's swept under the rug. There is little room for advancement and if there is an opening it's usually given to men. Most of the male managers look at women as expendable.

Great company to work for, pay is minimum wage and they adjust their mileage allowance as gas prices fluctuate (which is rare in this business). My manager is so relatable and willing to accommodate you as needed. Only complaint is the lack of jobs in the off season, more hours would be great but this job is perfect for stay at home moms with school aged children.
