After the presentation, if you want to join Adele, you are invited to complete a mandatory criminal check. Then, after your criminal
check is successful you are invited to their training. You must be able to legally work in Canada.

An Adèle on demand polo with jeans or comfortable pants and you will need clean shoes to wear inside customer's houses.

The kit is a big bag you carry around to your cleaning appointments that's basically filled with all the tools like a mop that you'll need to use to clean the person's home. It also includes cleaning supplies, rags, a duster for high spaces, and other miscellenaous stuff. You have to purchase it before you book your first cleaning, I believe it cost around $114 total but that also included the criminal background check and the platform fee for using the website.

You get paid every Thursday for the cleaning you did the week before.

3. You will have to assist to an on-boarding session where they give you more information about the company.
4. You will need to pass a background check
5. Follow the training session
6. Start working
Usually, all those steps take around 2 or 3 days.

The head office is in Montreal but the company offer cleanings in Ottawa and Toronto also for the moment.

Yes, all of the Pros are screened between the on-boarding session and the training.
