This rating has been based on the Pacific Division of Acuren Only. Other division are difficult to work for.
The Pacific Division of Acuren out of the Richmond Office is very well organized. This is very critical as each project is time sensitive and is imparative that the proposed schedule be adhered to as much as possible, unless unforeseen damage is detected.
Fair wage and over time hours, Travel arrangements and accommodations are very good.
Getting ill on the job is difficult due to time restrains of the project.
Loved working for Acuren and would have stayed forever if i didnt move. Management actually care about employees who put in the work and it was an amazing opportunity.
No micro managing, fellow workers who care and management who care
Excellent people to with, highly technical environment, many deadlines, managers are decent people, colleagues are very collaborative, need top-level Microsoft Office skills, frequent need to come up with imaginative resolutions to complex problems.

Worked for a while with acuren. Durimg the COVID pandemic the only workers they kept working were the guys from over seas. Sat canadian workers and let them suffer. This company does not care about you at all. U are a number. They attempt to make u do the sketchiest jobs as well with no regard to safety, when something happens your to blame. The management is absolute trash and they play thre buddy system. Only friends move up
Excellent company culture promoting creativity and team work. strong presence across the country from coast to coast with a variety of service offerings.
Smaller office with great personnel running the show. Call out location but typically have days notice for upcoming work. Management is very busy but they always take time to address concerns. Employees are great to work with. Favourite location to work at so far.
Gave me many opportunities to expand my skills and a wide range of advancements available to anyone willing to learn and put in the time . The technicians are excellent and are helpful regarding teaching the non ticketed helpers . The company over all is the best I've ever had the opportunity to work for . Great experience great employees and a wonderful company to work for
Union company.. they screw with your pay and the union does little to nothing about it. Management plays favorites giving the bulk of work to the techs they like most while others can barely make their mortgage. Utterly toxic workplace. Find a job ANYWHERE else.
Management treats field staff as second class citizens. Revolving door of technicians due to the continuous disrespect and outrageously rude, abusive behaviour of certain long term office staff. Also, can’t fathom how they manage to screw up payroll so badly, so often - been dealing with it for many years.

Terribly rude, disrespectful office staff - with majority of field techs., Manager completely disconnected & disinterested in his field staff (some smaller clients, as well), Needing to check every pay stub, as pay is wrong, in the company’s favour, more often than not, Regardless of whether clients sign timesheets, office admins often change them to the hours they think you should get/deserve...
