Ok place to work for a young person in need of a summer job. Lots of arguing behind the scenes between employees. You won’t know what your assignment is for the next day until late at night or an hour before work. Poor training and management

Great place to work always get lots of hours. Pay is decent. They do a wide range of jobs which keeps things interesting. Overall I would recommend them to anyone.

I only worked with them a short time with highway 40 towards grande cashe but I enjoyed working there

It's a good place to work and if I would have stayed I knew there was room for advancement and training on equipment. I regrettably didn't stay with them though . It had nothing to do with Acre Prime and everything to do with me moving from Hintto another town ...

Machines are so run down half a** fixed, poor management, no room for advancement unless you sleep with the boss. Consistently miss paid on pay cheques. I work for a few companies this is by far the worst I've ever worked for sad but true...

Not a bad outfit to work for. Some people have had bad experiences with acre prime. I can’t say I did. I had the chance to experience different job and task settings for excavator work. Overall I enjoyed my time.

This might be one of the worst construction companies to work for. Management does not care about you one bit they just want to fill the seats. The scrapers at this company are some of the worst I have ever seen it’s not worth the money working for this company

Started on a packer, moved up to rock truck and now learning to run scraper! Pay is way more than I have got other places.I think some of the bad reviews are from people that lied about their skill level or had a hard time being on time for their job. Be honest and they will place you where you fit and move up from there!

Show up to work and do your job. Take instruction and you will love the work. Mostly out of town work but paid incredibly well. Some turn over because people lie about their ability and skill level. They pay top dollar for top quality. Don’t lie about your skill and they will find a position for you. Great crew and amazing ownership!

Loved working with some of the Forman and owner's . Alway very easy to talk to about any problems and when I needed time to be with family they gave as much as I wanted . Overall I really liked working at Acre Prime .

Great family company, the owner's have good hearts. They need to follow their own leadership and not submit to other management within the company. Construction as an industry has a bad reputation for the rough people and the foremans they are allowing to work for them are reinforcing that stereotype. If the people working for you don't feel respected and valued they will not want to work hard for you and help you make a profit. If you support your employees and create a positive work culture, you would not have so much money wasted on turnover and legal issues coming up.

I had nothing but issues with the onsite management. They were tyrannical and ruled with fear. they did not respect the OH & S regulations and it was like working for a company out of the dark ages! Not to mention they do not believe in site trailers and make you work from your truck. Completely ridiculous and I would not recommend working for them

Hard work leads to a good final product. Acre Prime prides themselves on safety and above all else, a great final product for their customers. Great workplace culture, a great learning environment, and room for promotion. Lots of hours and good pay.
