CCA (Ancien employé) – Mississauga, ON – 5 septembre 2019
Co-workers are amazing. However, management favors certain people and does not divide workload evenly. Only key people gets dumped with work and some people can get away without even lifting a finger. Management favors only the moles.
Room for growth is nowhere. Salary is minimal. Benefits does not even compare to the market. Used to have engaging activities to boost workplace morale and free lunches but not anymore.Very high turnover rate.
Sr. Bilingual Customer Relations Associate (Ancien employé) – Mississauga, ON – 3 mars 2019
HR was forceful and arrogant and only corporate minded not employee minded. Supervisors nitpicked every detail and micro managed. Lack of real support and real insight. Only cared about the numbers, and how it made the director appear as a leader. Staff would walk out on the spot after being under extreme frustration of lack of staffing for account coverage. The employees in the department were the only great thing about this office.
Operations Supervisor (Ancien employé) – Richmond, BC – 22 septembre 2018
Expect to work 60 hour weeks due to their outdated system dropping orders late in the day with the expectations that will be completed the same day. Micromanaged daily by middle management, very little respect for employees constant pressure to get everything done but no acknowledgement of achievements.
Forklift Operator-picked over 800 boxes in a day? (Ancien employé) – 109 summerlea blvd – 3 mai 2018
109. Summerlea blvd was the nastiest management in this company run by a female and her team of lazy workers who would appear to be busy all the time but doing nothing but sitting at their desks and robbing the company of hourly pay. What a waste of paying for their service. When having meetings they would say were busy today. They didnt mean them. They meant you. But they wont lend a hand.
MHE Operator (Employé actuel) – Vaughan, ON – 10 février 2018
Work life balance and benefits are awesome but the hourly rate is not ideal. Female supervisor "E" who moved to my building is terrible with people. Too much favoritism and we must look over our shoulders at all times. lack of trust.
Manager is not involved to understand associate's concerns.
Order Picker (Ancien employé) – Oakville, ON – 9 mai 2017
Working at Accuristix was just like any other labour/warehouse job. not enough pay way too much work. I worked in the cooler where I was by myself most of the time. It was cold and not enough people wanted to come help out.
MHE Operator (Ancien employé) – Vaughan, ON – 16 mars 2017

Order Picker/Lift Operator (Ancien employé) – Oakville, ON – 31 janvier 2017
worked here only a short time. This company is now closed from Ontario to BC. I could surmise that this company was definitely not ran by great management. Much of it's failure were due to cost over runs and dissatisfied customers and the gross mismanagement of it's resources.
I picked up on the future failure of this company in the first 3 weeks of employment. Nine months later our branch was closed. Three years later the entire company shut down. Wow.
Returns Clerk (Ancien employé) – Brampton, ON – 24 décembre 2016
I worked here for 10 years. The first years before it became a place where the management treated the employees like garbage it was great. There is no room for growth. The last two years I was there there was a lot of harassment , bullying and all kinds of emotional and mental abuse displayed by the upper management. If you mentioned it you were written up or fired.
Good work place with good people and company get together.
Warehouse Operation Supervisor (Ancien employé) – Vaughan, ON – 7 décembre 2016
My days start off with staff meeting on the floor on the how we do on the day before and what's the work load for that day. In our daily meeting we discuss issues and concern , Healthy and Safety and any other matters. These matters are then taken up to Senior management . Hardest part of the job was trying to get all orders ship out daily even if the order drop late and having to stay late to get then out.
