It's a pretty good company to work for, depending on your manager. They finally accepted to let employees work from home after being acquired by Harris Computers (a division of Constellation Software). However, where I am, upper management constantly changes their minds on the priorities and don't communicate these changes to their subordinates, which means a lot of confusion and time wasted (as well as frustration).
