Work hours are long, the pay isn't worth it, even if there's a plant closer to your home they'll move you to the one farthest from you. Commute+hours=no home life. The work got boring due to everything already being programmed. Alot of employees were rude and demeaning. There was a clear favouritism towards certain employees that went with if they sucked up to management. Even though they preach zero harassment the manages, foremen, and other higher ups will harass you. Just a mentally toxic day everyday. The only good thing was some of the custom work was cool.

Great place to work if your are serious about machining

A great challenge doing custom work, people are very skilled and can lead you in the right direction, fair pay based on skill level. Alot of opportunity to grow on different machines.

Pieces of work they are....Screwed a bit much if us in 2014...Terrible company to work at....Friends I have there still will agree. They've changed attitudes

Always looking people, Always firing the employee, Treating employe like the slave, Managment is poor, no pay hike, Very old machine and old tools everything they took personally

If you have any dignity then just stay away from this place. No matter how good you are at what you do - it is company policy to show employees where is theirs place. Do not waste any time to even try this place.

Vary Poor manage Company they treat worker not good firing is vary common no race no bonus only screaming on workers ,there machine old no good tool mistek they took personally
