Le travail consistait à promouvoir les services de télécommunication résidentiel d'interrurbain de travailler à faire de la promotion résidentiel sur la route de rencontrer les normes de la compagnie à solicité 70 à 100 porte par jours. Il y avait beaucoup d'opportunité d'avancement. J,ai été moi-même promu à l'assssistance gérant et j'ai monter une équipe de 20 représentants et j'ai atteint un chiffre d'affaire de 4000$ par semaine. L'aspect le plus difficile était que l'ont travaillait de 50 à 60 heures par semaine et que l'on avais peu de temps à consacrer pour loisir ou la famille. C'est une excellente expérience de travail d'équipe et de satisfaction d'un travail bien rendu.
Worked from home the last few years. AT&T is a fair and good company to work . They are very customer focused. They have support staff globally and therefore there is a need to be able to work with people around the world to support customers.
good company to work for, however I didn't work directly for AT&T but a inbound customer service rep. A typical day at work was like any other call center. We had to work with the customer to suit their need and reason for calling.
Actually I am not employee of AT&T. I am vendor who is working for AT&T.
But based on my experience below are the point which I wanted to highlight.

Worked on new methodologies
Very talented people around to work with and you shoudl be really challenged with technical knowledge and details and at your best always all the time to keep with the space. Very mush job satisfaction.

No life balance in this role, worked 7 days a week more than 60 hours a week. Workaholic at that time, then I experienced life balanced and I evaluateed that my BIG earnings were not that high according to the hours worked there.
Good work incentives offered if you met targets set by management. Was on the phone dealing with customers trying to solve problems they were having with their phones. We are just helping them get the service they are paying for.
good working condition an people, I was able to suggest and implement some new controls.
though more changes was needed as there were many leakages in the system and work force.
had many resistance against the needed change and what was required to make things more productive. unfortunately there wasn't enough time to keep pushing to see these things come to fruition as my contract came to an end, as I started to make some head way in some areas.
aside from that there were a few enjoyable events that were implemented to make the work environment more enjoyable. though people often did complain of needing more events etc..
