It’s a good place to work with ang very challenging by which I love this kind of work.Good management and have good safety .My supervisor is very accommodating and knows how to run our work assignments.Even our superintendent are very supportive and approachable. I love this company
Didn’t gain the experience I was hoping for. Being that it was my first time being a safety watch personnel, I had left the job not confident in my duties as Manwatch/Confined Space Attendant.
Pay was good.
No work experience

I was hired early last year. Good benefits. But no support from management for new hires and expected to work and be available 24/7. Was belittled by coworker and needed support from management. Ended up being told I was let go bc of cutbacks from COVID when I was to meet with management about support. My coworkers were working 7 am to 8/9pm most days and even a day on the weekend. Very corporate, only care about the bottom line and not the workers. Not worth the money (which wasn’t a lot anyways) for the amount of stress you’ll be put through.
Work is non stop for peanuts while execs made millions
Awesome company to work for except to some unreasonable leaders who wanna get noticed quickly by the management
Good company to work for except that the are some foremen that are unreasonable............................................They try to get u fired at the least chance if thy don't like u....But overall most work colleagues are so respectful and considerate towards others Aecom is definitely a good company to work for
Great company to work for. Management is great, teach everyone and take their time There is always something new to learn.Always training to further your skills.
Steady work, long hrs
Long days off, shift work.
The learning curve is steep and lengthy it could take years. There is no sense of community. No work life balances. Met several great people there.
Free lunch on occations
Burnout, not appreciated, revolving door
Incredible team that I worked with. Was hired for a contract position and was immediately welcomed and mentored by the amazing staff. Any instance that there was no clarity in any task the office team assisted with any and all resources available. Probably the best professional working environment.
Poor company to work for. If you are not good friends with someone, you won't last long. People get heavily discriminated but are told to keep quiet and concentrate on the job. You try your best to learn and accomplish the task, but people that come after will get promoted. Not an equal opportunity company, promotions are hand me downs. Don't say no as it is considered as quit.Ethics board is useless. No one listens.Company is cheap. No recognition or rewards for years of service completion. You are just a number.
Overall good experience with good supervision and clear path forward on job task. Will organized and good pay and respect in the workplace. Will work for the company tomorrow if offered a job.
Out of town
They have a good working environment, polite coworkers and competent senior staff. In my case, our manager's fear of micromanaging left us with an absent manager style. After the first month of mandatory online admin trainings and software training, you're on your own. If you work hard or stay long enough, they might upgrade your designation but a very low salary increase.Once you get enough experience, better to transfer to another office or another company after 2-3 years.
Flexible hours, Work from home ok, Polite coworkers, Opportunity to transfer to other offices.
Not a lot of projects from local clients, Not a lot of potential career growth in the office, Poor middle management.
Management should do more to move employees around to other business unit within the company if there's a potential opportunities before lay off staff
Poor collaboration within different business units by management.
