They would hire anyone, but it is too busy and you have to lift heavy boxes

Repetitive tasks, lots of cleaning, lots of face to face interactions with customers.

Nice %40 discount, but all health benefits pulled out from us since Covid hit.

Super fast pace, no 15 minute breaks just 30 minute unpaid lunch, sometimes told to leave early if not enough work.
Since I started working with A&W I enjoyed my day during my work. I never had a bad experience with my colleagues and specially with my manager. Its really a nice place to work.

I had fun working for A&W. The training was great, it was a very busy work place. I liked working there cuz my kids worked there. The manager and support team was awesome.

Likes to yell at crew and they don't account for their actions. Let's everyone down. No incentive program. Don't care if you did it or not. Passes responsibility on others.

I've been working in this restaurant from last October. I've learned how to deal with different kinds of people during job and how to handle any situation. as i'm inter crossed so i used to help in kitchen as well. i didn't find this job to be hard as the ambience in the store is friendly and all crew members understand each other. overall i love to work on A&w restaurants.
I have learnt so many things1. Time Management2. Safety and measurement3. funny and comfortable work experience4. achieve goals5. good environment.
I.like my co workers and the new management now compared to previous management. As a supervisor my wages should higher than tje new workers since I worked over ten years.

A&w I worked in was in the food court and it is usually busy during summer and every after school. It is a fun place to work and the menu is not really hard to memorize

l'environnement de travail au A&W de st_alphonse-de-granby était super. Même quand il y avait un petit problème, tout se règlait la journée même. lorsque je débutait de travailler j'avais le sourire et quand j'en sortais aussi. mais à Bromont mon sourire étais disparu.
Very poor management...very unprofessional to manage business and employees. No rewards...no advancements. Dont expect anything. Do not know how to treat employees equally. Favouritism as well. They have their own fiancé on management position. Time theft happens oftenly.
Managers will make or break your shift and honestly the ones at my location were not it. I was there four years with no advancement. They over work you all the time, as well as always trying to get you to come in on your day off.

Good place to start where you can work part time or full time for student but iys not worth staying more than 1 year plus sometime they dont pay your hours well .

Loved working at dub, very good management and made long term friends there. The environment is fact pace but not stressful as you have a great team supporting you.

I loved working with multi cultured staff and everyone were excellent in their task. I hope this things keeps on growing and the staff keeps on making customers happier.
I really enjoyed working at a&w it was fun I enjoyed working with my coworkers and love their food. But manager wasn't that good at his job and he hired to many people to the point where wasn't enough work for everyone and I was only getting 3hrs a week so I quit
