Workplace is very warm
The employees are fantastic as well as the team leaders, only issue is the store manager. Terrible schedules, usually understaffed, however the staff are always friendly and quick to befriend as well as the team leaders. Promotions are mostly just for the favourites however. The training was mediocre, you get passed around most of the time for your first few shifts, and even if you have previous experience they treat you like you have no idea what you’re doing.

I was hired and did in store computer training mixed with practical training on the equipment e.g. the clamshell grill bun station and the fryer it is pretty easy to pick up with there training if you pay attention and work together it is a good job I would highly recommended this job to anyone looking to break in to the work force for the first time

Kitchen gets very hot, lunch rush can be very stressful
Every day I learn something new and at the end of every shift the manager always asks what I learned that day. Somedays I meet with very friendly guests and their appreciation increases my confidence of providing even better service to them. When we work as a team for providing quick service to the guests during the busy time is the most enjoyable part of the job. There is no hard part of the job. I never felt any difficulty after the day I was trained and it only took 1 month.
Friendly and fast-paced environment, flexible hours, organic and environment friendly food.
No matter how hard you work they just ignore. When comes to raises they will not give you what you deserve.rude customer’s Worst management they don’t have any education.
