Communicate or debrief an employee when they have resigned or left the Company for no reason. Do not just jump to conclusions based on the gossip.
To provide proper promotion to employess on time who are just working hard and are not getting promotions
I hope that they will be able to put back the night differential pay for graveyard shift for consideration for the employee who stay awake the whole night to their shift
