Not a fun place to work
Equipment in extremely poor condition that have employees avoid scales and check stops at all costs and not wanting them to mark broken equipment on their vehicle inspection reports. Yard extremely muddy even where u park your personal vehicle. Shop always amess. And equipment never washed. If u have something broken it doesn't get fixed until safety is done

Not good place to work
Terrible place to work. Management at the hamilton yard are worst people I've ever worked for. Do not work here. The company doesn't care about its employees. Extremely long hours and no home life. You are told the shift is 12 hours but the reality is you will be working at least 14 hours a day 5 days a week. Pay is not worth the work. Very unhappy people that work for this company. Management will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to do what they want. Lots of empty promises. Hands down the worst company i have worked for.
Management, long hours, no life outside of work
Worst fleet of trucks you can find in the industry, not assigned units, 20% driving and 80% labor, terrible (local) management, company is run like a garage business, no work-life balance, you're supposed to be always available having no idea when your day is going to be over. Very cheap compensation compared to the stress and hard work you have to deal with every day.
Free safety boots after probation
Too many to count
Not knowing when your shift is over is super frustrating. Being asked to do extra work once in awhile is fine but everyday when you finish your assigned work and make personal plans management continuously derails them with know regard. You can't ask to be finished early for any kind of personal commitment as the Operations Manager and Supervisor do not care.
