Very quick, their recruiter is fast at checking references and tries to get you started as fast as possible. You go in for the interview, then they ask for references and once you submit your references you will usually hear back if you got the job or not within the same week.

Funny I read these comments and for those that understand the industry then the words “work ethic, honesty, drive, educate, consult, helping people the right way” I see bury people in debt. The folks that have come to see me have been buried in debt by other dealerships and we try to help some of the worst cases I’ve ever seen. But again we speak truths while other dealerships tell you what you want to hear. It would be nice to hear about these people’s experiences that have said my negative things on here. I’m pretty sure they were lazy, or had no drive to succeed. My experience has been positive and great so far. Supportive staff. Great clients, and the vehicles are great too.

Get your omvic licence but still recommend going somewhere else.

Rapid expansion, little to no real direction or focus. This place while appearing profitable on the face is destined for a massive crash back to reality. Below average management combined with quality staff either bailing out or being terminated. It has the feel of a titanic just waiting for a real competitor to sink it.

Try not calling a global pandemic "just a flu" while in a meeting with front line staff.
Perhaps and this is a long shot but maybe if you paid the monthly bonus as promised instead of laying off employees 3 days before end of month, you might keep more of the good employees.
