Not flexible. Unless you are on a small account that works specific shifts, your shifts will be random. New hires can expect to work the night shift. That's what happened to me and everyone hired after me. They say they will pay for a cab for you if there's no buses to bring you home, but I've yet to see anyone being successfully refunded for a cab ride they require due to lack of bus service at night.
