Talk to the employees who do the actual work. Filling out surveys and listening to focus group data isn't going to help understand what some employees need.
Do better with management
Invest in better training for all employees, including the management staff as many do little to no work & have limited information for the employees under their observation.
Invest in stronger rules pertaining to security on the work floor as a majority of employees including management ignore most of the rules about cellphones, food products, dress codes and use of social media on work computers. Since this company is continuously working with clients personal information such as home address, credit cards, names, ages, etc...
