Do you have Shunting experience

Are you looking for an afternoon shift (4:30pm-12pm)

If so we may have the perfect role for you! Our prestigious client in Casselman are looking for an experience AZ shunter to join their growing team!

Responsible for daily operations of shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory management

  • Ensure all finished goods are shipped in a timely, cost-effective manner
  • Operate mobile equipment including forklifts in the warehouse as required
  • Complete necessary documentation to maintained uninterrupted workflow
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Assist plant personnel as needed, and requested by the leadership team
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Safe and efficient movement of trailers in and out of dock doors
  • Daily inspection of truck
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace
  • Following safe operating procedures at all times
Requirements:
  • Valid AZ license is required (with verifiable Shunting experience)
  • Clean driving abstract and CVOR
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
  • Experience with computer software and programs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work hard
